At Castle Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your acquisition, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all limited edition prints and original artworks. Please ensure items are returned in their original gallery-standard packaging to maintain their value and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated client services team or your local gallery consultant within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your artwork using the original protective materials, ensuring all corners are shielded and the certificate of authenticity is included.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  We will arrange a specialist fine art courier to collect the piece from your address at a scheduled time to ensure safe transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators have inspected the artwork and confirmed it is in its original condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
